Stephanie Ault

With the release of the From the Factory EP, Stephanie Ault brings a new feel to a classic genre. Lush with beautiful piano progressions, soulful melodic vocals and powerful cello hooks, the record boasts a dreamlike aesthetic while edging on indie pop. Though songs are diverse from one another, there is a binding, thematic glue that holds them all together much like a concept album. Most importantly, the EP never strays from the unvarnished vulnerability and sharing of personal experiences that great songs are built from.

The first single, “Shame On Us”, offers an almost lullaby-esque feel that seems to breathe and unfold as it plays on.
