In 2014, Breaking Bonds began as a meeting, one day a week, where graduates of faith-based treatment centers could come and fellowship, break bread and study God’s Word together. In 2016, God laid it on the heart’s of the founders, Casey and Tiffanie Turner, to open a free, long-term, Jesus Christ centered rehabilitation program in Jonesboro, Arkansas. By 2020, God’s work through this ministry has grown to two men’s rehabilitation centers in Arkansas and one women’s treatment center in Colorado.
